Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the agreement between you and moneystill for the use of the hosted Planner Cloud and additional services.

2. Description of Service

moneystill provides a web application for budget and scenario planning. The scope of features is based on the current product description on our website. We do not guarantee specific features or uninterrupted availability.

3. Trial Period, Pricing, and Payment

The Planner Cloud can be tested for 7 days free of charge. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued active use. Pricing and billing intervals are as displayed during the checkout process.

4. Payment Default and Account Status

If a due payment fails (e.g., via Stripe), the account is immediately considered unpaid. Access will be automatically limited to read-only mode; data can still be viewed and exported. Active use will be restored once payment is successfully received.

5. Term and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. At the end of a paid period, your account will transition to read-only mode. Access to your data remains available as long as technically feasible.

6. Data Ownership and Export

Your data belongs to you. You can secure it at any time by downloading a JSON export. Independent of our internal backups, the final responsibility for data backup lies with you as the user.

7. No Financial Advice & Accuracy of Calculations

This application is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. We provide no guarantee for the accuracy of individual calculations or financial decisions based upon them.

8. Limitation of Liability

moneystill is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Acceptable Use

Illegal content, phishing, spam, copyright infringement, and system attacks are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

10. Google Login

When using Google Login, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised Google account.
